How does it work? You can sign up on our website, or nominate us at your GP surgery when ordering your next repeat prescription. When we receive your prescription for the first time, we will give you a call to discuss your requirements. If you choose pouches we will need to undertake a risk assessment to ensure it is suitable for you and the medication you are taking. If suitable, we will discuss when you take each of your medications to ensure we pouch them to suit your needs. Any 'when required' medication on your prescription will be sent out as original packs with your pouches (providing these are on your prescription). Once your medication is ready, we will deliver it to your door using Royal Mail or via one of our delivery drivers, depending on your location. Please note that the acceptance onto "pouches" is based upon an assessment by the Pharmacist.

What do I do with the pouches?Storage Keep the pouches in a cool, dry place, inside the cardboard dispenser box (this keeps the pouches away from direct light, which can affect some medications). Each pouch is marked with the day and the time that they should be opened, and they're rolled in the order that they should be used. Please note that the pouches are designed to be easy to open, so are not child resistant and as such should be stored out of the sight and reach of children and animals. Usage If you need some assistance, contact us for further information. These pouches contain confidential information as such should be disposed of carefully and safely, contact us for further information about how to dispose of these pouches.

What happens if my prescription changes? If your prescription changes, we may need to contact you. If you need any additional medication before you're due your next pouch delivery, we will send out the medication to you in its original pack If the new item continues for your next prescription, and is suitable for pouches, we'll include it in your next month's pouch delivery. If it isn't suitable, it will be supplied separately, alongside your pouches If a medication is removed from your prescription during the month, we suggest that you remove it from the pouches as soon as you can, to avoid any confusion. Each medication is described clearly on each pouch it is in (e.g. red round tablet, blue capsule etc), making it easier to distinguish between various medicines.
